Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at NUAN. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with suppliers that maintain warehouses in multiple locations to bring you high-quality products at the best prices. Depending on the item's availability and warehouse location, delivery times will vary. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Fast US Shipping (Dispatched from US Warehouse): 5-7 business days.  

Standard Shipping (Dispatched from Global Warehouse): 10-15 business days.

Note: Please refer to the specific product page and your checkout screen to see which shipping timeframe applies to your selected items. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
NUAN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if you have not received your package within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@mynuanstore.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
